Kantar is home to some of the world's leading research, data and insights brands. Collectively, it offers the most complete view of consumers – the way they live, shop, vote, watch and tweet – in over a hundred countries worldwide.
Design a data visualisation portal
The goal of this project was to create an interactive platform for brands, media and communications performance monitoring and management. Enabling immediate, intelligent and decision-ready access to all the data and insight marketers need to manage and grow their brand.
The Core Pilars
The Portal is designed to be user friendly and enable the client to navigate through insights with ease and clarity.
The Portal aims to provide a more self-service consolidated client view of their data in the Kantar Product Ecosystem.
The Portal is designed to be flexible for both clients and Kantar. The architecture will allow the product to scale to client demands.
Before jumping in the UI, I scheduled meetings with Stakeholders and Product Owners to understand the product, having all organised in Jira. After an accurate study of the user stories, I created user flows and sitemaps, followed by wireframes.
After the structure and the flow of the website is complete, I jumped into the visual style of the portal, adding the brand colours and fonts and playing with a minimal and elegant style to create a corporate feeling.
The file is organised in pages for the different breakpoints, as I had to design a responsive website. Inside each page, there are different journeys with a named artboard. I create this so that other colleagues designers can easily find what they are looking for inside the file.
